🖋 Job Description:

• Contribute to the overall goals of the company (with quarterly and annual targets aligned).
• Develop marketing strategies that align with the company’s mission and vision.
• Plan, execute, and oversee the company’s marketing activities in a coordinated manner.
• Monitor and manage the department’s budget, and create spending plans for marketing activities.
• Train and develop the Marketing team.
• Report results and key metrics to the Director on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Be accountable for the performance and effectiveness of the Marketing team.

🖋 Job Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a leadership position or at least 4 years of experience in Marketing.
• Experience in brand development for B2B enterprises.
• Experience in implementing SEO, Email Marketing, and multi-platform social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Experience with Alibaba sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in English reading comprehension; candidates with certifications (IELTS > 6.0 or TOEIC > 650) are preferred.
• Strong training and team-building skills.
• Excellent self-learning, self-discipline, planning, and time management skills.

📌 Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays off per month, with a 1.5-hour lunch break).
