• How do I pay? 

We accept various forms of payment to accommodate our customers’ preferences, such as Bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, Visa/MasterCard, Amex etc. During the purchasing process, our sales agent will advise you on the most detailed payment methods and procedures. You simply need to choose the most convenient method for you.

 

• Do you accept payment terms for deferred payment?

We do not accept deferred payments. As there is no suitable international Cash on Delivery (COD) service for us, we require customers to make full payment before the goods are shipped.

 

• How many units can I purchase at the wholesale price?

We offer wholesale prices at various levels for our customers. If you purchase from 200 boxes, you will qualify for our wholesale pricing. Additionally, if you buy more, such as 1000 boxes or 2000 boxes, you will have access to our VIP price tiers with additional discounts.

 

• How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee will depend on the actual weight or volumetric weight of your order. For the first time customers, we have a supportive policy on shipping fees to help you save on your order.

 

• What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our production department accepts orders starting from 10 boxes (for regular lash types) to manufacture for customers!

 

• Do you accept advance deposits for orders?

Yes, we do accept advance deposit payments from 50% of the order to initiate the production for customers with a long-term working relationship with us to support their lash business.
